The design is a variation of the long sleeve. It still has the mix of all the things I'm really loving right now, but the short sleeve has a lot less room for the designs to be spread out, so the back has a full-art illustration of everything and the front is the same small YALA. Short sleeve ideal for all of summer.
The designs feature a mix of Armenian and English letters. For the front and back of the shirt:
Yալա, Yալա - English "Y" and Armenian "ալա" that is, I think, actually an Arabic word but I heard it a bunch growing up. "Yala, yala" - like hurry up, get going
For the back:
Vաzի - English "V" and "Z" and Armenian " ա" and " ի", which is "Run"
